Dassai 45 Junmai Daiginjo is part of Asahi Shuzo’s acclaimed premium range and is brewed from Yamada Nishiki rice polished down to 45 percent. This high polishing level gives a pure, fruit-driven style with plenty of finesse. The nose evokes muscat grapes, mandarin and crisp apple alongside floral tones and a faint rice character. On the palate Dassai 45 is light to medium in body, silky and very approachable, offering delicate sweetness balanced by refreshing acidity. A harmonious, fruity and slightly mineral finish makes it an adaptable partner for tempura, grilled fish, fusion cuisine or simply served chilled as an aperitif. It lingers long and gracefully on the palate.
