| Goričko Chardonnay from Marof comes from the hillside vineyards of north‑eastern Slovenia and offers a distinctive take on this classic grape. Hand‑picked fruit is gently pressed, then fermented slowly and aged on fine lees in wooden barrels. The result is a layered wine in which yellow stone fruit, ripe citrus and hints of apricot mingle with notes of vanilla, sandalwood and subtle spice. On the palate it is creamy and concentrated, yet kept in line by bright acidity and a firm mineral core. A long, elegant finish with a touch of saltiness invites another sip.
