Etsu The Original is a Japanese gin from the Asahikawa Distillery on Hokkaido. After 22 hours of maceration, it is distilled with the botanicals and shaped by water from the Taisetu mountains. Juniper, liquorice, angelica root and coriander meet Japanese yuzu and bitter orange peel. The nose is floral and citrus-led, with subtle vegetal tones. On the palate it feels balanced, lively and gently peppery. Its crystal-clear, luminous appearance suits the elegant modern style.
