Etsu Double Orange is made at the Akita Distillery in northern Honshū. Traditional botanicals macerate for seven days before the gin is distilled without them. Japanese bitter orange peel is the key ingredient and shapes its fresh, fruity style. Juniper, liquorice, angelica root and coriander provide structure and gentle spice. The nose recalls freshly peeled oranges with a delicate spicy touch. On the palate it offers lively citrus warmth, clear balance and a refreshing finish.
