The expressive bouquet combines citrus, white flowers and ripe apple with gentle spice and subtle toasted notes. On the palate the wine opens with freshness and tension before broadening into a creamy, generous texture, supported by well‑judged oak. Lively acidity and a marked mineral character provide length and definition. This elegant, layered white is a superb match for seafood, fine fish, poultry or delicately spiced vegetarian dishes.
