On the palate the wine is powerful and vibrant yet finely chiselled, with a long, driven line of fruit and precise minerality. Silky, tightly knit tannins carry the intense flavours into a very long, resonant finish. A great premier cru for special occasions, ideal with game, braised beef or fine cheeses. | |
