| Jean‑Luc Freudenreich’s Crémant d’Alsace Brut Rosé is made exclusively from Pinot Noir using traditional bottle fermentation. It shows a delicate salmon‑pink colour and a fine, persistent mousse. The bouquet reveals aromas of strawberry, raspberry and redcurrant, lifted by subtle floral and citrus notes. On the palate the Crémant is fresh and lively, with juicy red‑berry fruit, gentle creaminess and well‑integrated acidity. The balance between fruit, finesse and mineral backbone is always harmonious. An elegant sparkling rosé for aperitifs, fish, light starters or fruity desserts. | |
