Pink Syrah Rosé from Weingut Giefing shines in a delicate salmon hue and captures the spirit of summer in Rust. Hand‑picked Syrah grapes from vineyards on the western shores of Lake Neusiedl are fermented at cool temperatures. The bouquet offers fragrant cherry, red berries, hints of rhubarb and violets. On the palate the wine is fresh, juicy and invigorating, supported by fine minerality and perfectly balanced acidity. A light but precise body delivers effortless drinkability right through to the crisp, fruit‑driven finish. It is an ideal choice for aperitif, al fresco evenings and light dishes such as salads, fish or Mediterranean starters.
