Gusbourne Sparkling Royal Collection Trust is an exclusive English sparkling wine created in partnership with the Royal Collection Trust. The traditional-method cuvée blends Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier from hand-picked fruit grown in Kent and West Sussex. On the nose it offers ripe, honeyed citrus, white peach, red apple and a hint of sweet spice. The palate is concentrated yet finely etched, with creamy mousse, layers of stone fruit, brioche and roasted nuts. Bright acidity and a long, mineral finish make it a suitably celebratory wine for canapés, delicate seafood or mature English cheeses.
