Hawienero Rum is a Vienna based rum project that blends the spirit of Havana with the charm of the Danube city. The brand was created by Werner Katzler and his sons, with support from renowned bartender Heinz Kaiser. The nose offers sugarcane notes, dried fruit, vanilla and gentle roasted aromas. On the palate the rum is powerful yet smooth, showing well balanced sweetness and a spicy, warming finish. Hints of cocoa, caramel and oak add complexity and length.
