The bouquet shows pear, yellow apple, white peach, citrus and a gentle smoky hint. On the palate the wine is bright, juicy and refreshing, driven by lively acidity and subtle spice. The texture is light and silky, while cool minerality lends grip and tension. Discreet pepper notes echo on the finish. A versatile Wachau white to partner river fish, poultry, simple pasta dishes and classic Austrian comfort food. Its balanced character makes it equally at home on the terrace or at a more formal dinner table.
