On the palate this wine is dense, juicy and precise, supported by a fresh, linear structure. The tannins are firm yet ripe and finely woven. Cool, stony minerality adds extra tension and elegance to the Blaufränkisch. A long, spicy finish makes it an excellent match for game, braised beef or hearty regional dishes from around Lake Neusiedl. | |
