Lejay Lagoute Sisca Crème de Cassis is a richly flavoured blackcurrant liqueur from Dijon, created by the historic house behind the original crème de cassis recipe of 1841. Carefully selected cassis berries are macerated to extract their deep colour and vivid aromatics. In the glass it shines with a dark red‑violet hue. The nose bursts with ripe blackcurrant, cherry jam, floral notes and hints of dark chocolate. The palate is velvety, sweet and concentrated, balanced by gentle acidity and a long, juicy berry finish. Perfect for classic Kir and Kir Royale, modern cocktails or to add a luxurious cassis touch to desserts and sauces.
