The nose offers green apple, citrus, white peach and a hint of fresh herbs. On the palate the wine is dry, crisp and linear, driven by lively acidity and plenty of juicy refreshment. Stainless-steel ageing preserves purity of fruit, while the slate adds salty grip and a cool, stony edge. Despite its lightness it has enough backbone for food. Enjoy it with light poultry dishes, vegetable pasta or simply as a refreshing aperitif. | |
