Maison Lispaul Sancerre blanc 2025 0,75l

Maison Lispaul Sancerre blanc comes from the family estate of David Maudry and Shirley Gaucher in Tracy-sur-Loire. The wine is made entirely from Sauvignon Blanc grown on a mix of limestone and flint soils. The nose offers citrus, lime zest, gooseberry and fresh herbs, backed by a faint note of wet stone. On the palate the Sancerre is slender, very precise and almost crystalline, driven by lively acidity and a fine, smoky minerality. The fruit remains elegant and never feels overpowering. A playful yet gastronomic Loire white that pairs beautifully with goat’s cheese, fish and refined vegetable dishes.
