Grandin ROSÉ Méthode traditionelle 0,75l
Grandin Rosé Méthode Traditionnelle is produced in the Loire mainly from Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon and spends several months ageing on lees in the bottle. It shows a delicate salmon-pink colour with a fine, steady mousse. The nose is expressive with strawberry, raspberry, redcurrant and rose-petal notes, rounded by light brioche hints. On the palate the wine is dry, refreshing and finely creamy, carried by lively acidity. Red-berry flavours linger on a graceful, persistent finish. A charming sparkling rosé to serve as an aperitif, with berry-based desserts or subtly spiced Asian dishes.
Traditional bottle fermentation highlights fine berry aromas and elegant rosé freshness.
