Pol Roger Champagne Pure Brut Nature (Zéro Dosage) 0,75l in gift box

Pol Roger Pure Brut Nature expresses the driest, most uncompromising face of the house, with no dosage added at disgorgement. Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier from carefully selected Champagne vineyards are blended and aged for several years on the lees, creating an exceptionally fine and persistent mousse. Aromas of lemon, green apple and white flowers mingle with hints of pastry and a distinct chalky edge. On the palate the wine is linear, tense and saline, driven by vibrant acidity and a firm, bone‑dry finish. A perfect choice for lovers of pure, gastronomic Champagne to pair with oysters, sushi or delicately prepared seafood. It is a wine for purists who appreciate clarity, precision and gastronomic versatility.

The base wines ferment in stainless steel; after bottle fermentation, the cuvée ages for several years in the cellars and shows a very dry, fresh zero-dosage style.

Pol Roger

In Épernay, Pol Roger was born from a family’s quiet courage: in 1849 the young founder chose measured precision over spectacle, and restraint became the House’s lasting signature. Beneath the chalk walls, the rhythm is patient—pupitres, remuage, and long calm weeks where nothing is rushed. Generations later, the family still guards that line—trusting time in the cellar, and the intimate craft of weaving vintages into a steadfast identity, where greatness is felt in nuance rather than announced....

The grape variety: Pinot Noir

Pinot Noir is a refined red grape known for red cherry, raspberry, floral notes, spice and silky tannins. It is most famous in Burgundy but thrives in many cool-climate regions.

It pairs beautifully with duck, roast chicken, mushrooms, salmon, pork and game birds. Its fascination lies in finesse, fragrance and the way it expresses origin. Pinot Noir
