Pol Roger Rich Demi‑Sec offers a more generous and voluptuous interpretation of the house style, with a noticeable touch of sweetness. The blend of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay is aged for several years in the cellar, giving a creamy, caressing mousse. The bouquet reveals ripe quince, candied citrus, blossom honey and hints of jasmine and apricot. On the palate the Champagne is round, rich and charming, where the sweetness harmoniously counterbalances the bright acidity. It is an ideal partner for fruit‑based desserts, crème brûlée, patisserie or even mildly salty blue cheeses. Served well chilled, it combines opulent fruit with the trademark freshness of Pol Roger.
