Rutini Colección Gewürztraminer comes from the Valle de Uco and highlights the intensely aromatic side of this variety. The bouquet is packed with white flowers, rose petals and orange blossom, supported by notes of lychee and pale stone fruit. A delicate spicy touch, enhanced by a brief stay in French oak, adds extra complexity. On the palate the wine is opulent and fruit-driven yet kept in check by juicy, refreshing acidity. The finish is long, perfumed and gently spicy. It is a wonderful match for Asian-inspired cuisine, soft cheeses and dishes with a subtle chilli heat.
