Cygnus Albireo Brut from U Mes U is an organic Cava from Penedès, named after the star Albireo in the Cygnus constellation. The blend of Xarel·lo, Macabeo and Parellada spends several months ageing on the lees. On the nose it shows clean aromas of lemon, green apple and white fruits, complemented by spring flowers and a hint of brioche. On the palate the Cava is fresh and vibrant, with fine bubbles, balanced acidity and subtle autolytic notes in a long, crisp finish. The combination of primary fruit, gentle complexity and moderate alcohol makes it a perfect aperitif and a flexible match for tapas, vegetable dishes and creamy rice or pasta. A characterful Cava that brings together organic farming, drinkability and clear regional identity.

At least 12 months on the lees give this fruity Cava fine mousse and added freshness.
