Cygnus Giennah Brut Rosé from U Mes U is an organic Cava crafted from Grenache and Pinot Noir grown in the Alt Penedès. In the glass it displays a pale, glistening pink colour with a fine, persistent bead. The nose combines floral tones with aromas of strawberry, raspberry, wild berries and a touch of white peach. On the palate this Cava is fresh and lively, offering juicy red fruit, crisp acidity and creamy mousse that runs into a long, well balanced finish. Its fruity yet elegant style makes it a perfect aperitif and a versatile match for cold starters, rice dishes, white meats or fruit based desserts and dark chocolate. A seductive rosé Cava that brings together organic farming, Penedès terroir and vibrant freshness.

At least 12 months on the lees bring together red fruit, fresh acidity and a fine, integrated mousse.
