Aumann Zweigelt CS Reserve is a blend based mainly on Zweigelt with a share of Cabernet Sauvignon and is one of the estate’s classic red wines. The bouquet reveals dark cherry, sour cherry, blackberry and fine spicy, toasted notes. On the palate it is concentrated, full-bodied and harmonious. Twelve months of ageing in small French oak barrels provide supple tannins and a well-structured texture. The powerful, rounded finish lingers and invites another sip. A complex red wine from the Thermenregion that shines both on its own and alongside hearty meat dishes.
