Château Fieuzal Pessac-Léognan blanc 2021 0,75l

Château de Fieuzal in the southern part of Pessac-Léognan farms about ten hectares of vines dedicated to its white Grand Vin. The vineyards lie on sandy-gravel soils and are planted with the classic combination of Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon. Gentle harvesting, fermentation in a mix of stainless steel and barrels and extended lees ageing add depth and tension. The bouquet offers citrus, white peach and pear alongside floral, herbal and lightly smoky notes. On the palate Fieuzal Blanc is juicy, mineral and precise, with bright acidity, a touch of creaminess and an elegant, persistent finish.

Twelve months of ageing in French oak support the fresh, mineral Pessac-Léognan style with fine texture.
