Château La Fleur Pétrus

Château La Fleur Pétrus Pomerol 2020 1,5l

Château La Fleur-Pétrus is one of the benchmark estates on the Pomerol plateau, with 18.7 hectares of vines rooted in deep clay and gravel. The vineyard is planted mainly with Merlot, complemented by small shares of Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot. Gravel-rich parcels lend lift and elegance, while the clay-heavy sections bring density and a velvety texture. The bouquet reveals dark berry fruit, blueberry and black cherry with violet, gentle spice and nuanced toasty notes. On the palate La Fleur-Pétrus is sensual yet structured, with concentrated fruit, fine-grained tannins and a long, graceful Pomerol finish.
