DiamAndes Perlita Rosado is made from malbec grapes grown in the heart of Clos de los Siete in the Uco Valley and embodies a fresh, modern style of rosé. The juice spends only a short time on the skins, yielding a bright colour and a very delicate tannin structure. The bouquet is packed with red fruit such as strawberry, raspberry and cherry, lifted by a touch of citrus and floral notes. On the palate Perlita Rosado is dry, fruity and highly approachable, offering juicy texture, lively acidity and a pleasing roundness. Its cool freshness and harmonious mouthfeel make it a perfect summer wine. Enjoy it well chilled as an aperitif or with light starters, salads, grilled dishes and mildly spicy food.
