FX Pichler Grüner Vetliner Ried Klostersatz DAC 2024 0,75l

From Loibner Ried Klostersatz, one of the Wachau’s oldest sites, this Grüner Veltliner grows on deep, well-sorted sands along the Danube. The terroir lends a savory fruit core and a subtle saline minerality. Dry and focused on the palate, it feels juicy yet taut, with lively drive. Expect ripe orchard fruit, herbal lift and a fine white-pepper edge rather than volume. F.X. Pichler’s style is all about poise and precision. It is certified organic, adding extra appeal for mindful drinkers. Brilliant with fish, seafood or lighter meats. A calm, long Wachau classic that keeps pulling you back to the glass.

Ageing in stainless steel with around four months on the fine lees preserves taut freshness and fine herbal spice.
