Gesellmann’s Chardonnay offers a fresh, modern take on the variety from the Mittelburgenland. Organically farmed vines on limestone and loam soils provide perfectly ripe grapes that are fermented at cool temperatures and treated gently in the cellar. The bouquet reveals yellow tropical fruit, pineapple, peach and a hint of caramel, backed by subtle herbal spice. On the palate the wine is juicy, elegant and softly creamy, with lively acidity and a delicate, salty mineral finish. It is a highly adaptable white that pairs well with antipasti, fish, poultry or vegetable dishes.

Ageing in stainless steel and used barriques keeps the fruit clear and adds subtle roundness.
