MITTELBURGENLAND
Mittelburgenland is known as “Blaufränkisch country” and specialises in powerful, spicy reds. Deep clay soils and a warm climate provide structure and ripeness. The wines show dark berry fruit, herbal spice and fine tannins. They are perfect with hearty meat dishes and offer excellent ageing potential.
