On the palate the wine is juicy, medium in weight and well balanced, with supple tannins and finely integrated oak. The texture is smooth yet lively. The finish brings back berry fruit, a touch of chocolate and gentle spice. In this way Opera combines the typical power of Mittelburgenland with an invitingly approachable style. It is equally at home with relaxed weekday dishes and more elaborate festive menus at the weekend.
