Silvia Heinrich Siglos is an elegant red blend based on Blaufränkisch and other regional varieties that offers a modern interpretation of the Mittelburgenland style. The grapes come from carefully selected vineyards and are vinified gently to preserve fruit and freshness. The bouquet shows red and dark berries, sour cherry and a hint of spice. On the palate Siglos is juicy, approachable and well structured, with fine-grained tannins and well-integrated acidity. The balance of fruit, spice and subtle oak makes it highly drinkable. It is a versatile companion for pasta dishes, grilled meats and Mediterranean-inspired cuisine.
