Seerose by Pia Strehn is an expressive rosé blend from Mittelburgenland, created as an elegant lakeside sundowner wine. Grapes from organically farmed vineyards around Deutschkreutz grow on a mix of loam, limestone and gravel soils. In the glass it shows a delicate salmon colour with brilliant clarity. The bouquet offers ripe peach, fresh raspberries and a hint of herbal spice. On the palate the rosé is smooth and generous yet refreshingly lively, driven by juicy fruit and finely integrated acidity. A subtle salty-mineral touch adds depth and length on the finish. Perfect with sushi, Caesar salad, light grilled dishes or simply as a stylish rosé for relaxed, feel-good moments.

Five months in large oak and stainless steel combine structure with clear, harmonious maturity.
