The nose layers black cherry and plum with hints of nougat and candied orange peel. On the palate it’s juicy and compact, yet lifted by bright acidity and savoury spice. Fine tannins add structure and keep the finish long and precise. Barrique ageing brings silky texture and gentle toast without masking the fruit.
