The Rosé from Hannes Haiden is crafted from Pinot Noir and St. Laurent grown on the Leithaberg and shines in a bright, delicate pink. The nose combines fresh strawberries, raspberries and cherries with gentle floral hints. On the palate the wine is juicy, fruit-driven and pleasantly cooling. A fine spicy note in the background adds structure and makes the rosé particularly moreish. Balanced acidity lends clarity and a refreshing, subtly mineral impression. It is a versatile partner for summer dishes, grilled fish, salads or Mediterranean starters, and also drinks beautifully on its own.
