| For connoisseurs: Haiden Hannes Rosé from Oggau | |
| The Rosé from Hannes Haiden is crafted from Pinot Noir and St. Laurent grown on the Leithaberg and shines in a bright, delicate pink. The nose combines fresh strawberries, raspberries and cherries with gentle floral hints. On the palate the wine is juicy, fruit-driven and pleasantly cooling. A fine spicy note in the background adds structure and makes the rosé particularly moreish. Balanced acidity lends clarity and a refreshing, subtly mineral impression. It is a versatile partner for summer dishes, grilled fish, salads or Mediterranean starters, and also drinks beautifully on its own. Low alcohol and precision make it an all-day rosé for many occasions. | |

The grape variety: Pinot Noir
Pinot Noir is a refined red grape known for red cherry, raspberry, floral notes, spice and silky tannins. It is most famous in Burgundy but thrives in many cool-climate regions. It pairs beautifully with duck, roast chicken, mushrooms, salmon, pork and game birds. Its fascination lies in finesse, fragrance and the way it expresses origin.
