The nose offers dark cherry, blackberry and cassis alongside notes of licorice, anise, black tea, cedar and sweet vanilla. On the palate the wine is deep and layered with supple, velvety tannins that frame its generous core of fruit. A cool, stony minerality and fresh acidity bring focus and lift.
