| The rosé from Kollwentz is made exclusively from Zweigelt grapes grown in the Neusatz vineyard. A short period of skin contact gives the wine its bright colour and highlights the fresh fruit. On the nose it displays aromas of raspberry, wild strawberry and red currant with delicate spicy notes. The palate is dry, crisp and animating, with fine natural spritz that enhances drinkability. It feels light on its feet yet delivers plenty of flavour and a refreshing finish. This rosé is a versatile companion to grilled dishes, Mediterranean cuisine or relaxed evenings outdoors. | |
