Madl Schretenperg Cuvée Brut is sourced from selected sites in the Weinviertel and crafted at Sekthaus Christian Madl using the traditional method. The cuvée of Welschriesling, Riesling and Grüner Veltliner combines generous fruit with cool, spicy notes. The nose suggests ripe apple, white blossom, stone fruit and a touch of citrus peel. On the palate the sparkling wine is fresh, playful and highly drinkable, with fine, creamy bubbles. Juicy fruit is framed by precise acidity and a subtly savoury undertone. A harmonious, versatile Brut that shines from aperitif hour through to pastry, finger food or lighter main courses.
Traditional-method production and extended lees ageing since 2021 bring fresh fruit and a savoury mousse.
