Grappa di Barbaresco from Marolo is distilled from Nebbiolo pomace sourced from the renowned vineyards around the village of Barbaresco. After traditional bain‑marie distillation the spirit rests in stainless‑steel tanks, which preserves its crystalline appearance and pure varietal character. The nose opens with delicate floral tones, red apple, citrus zest, cinnamon and a hint of white pepper. On the palate the grappa is gentle and refined, offering subtle fruit, fine spice and a very clean, dry impression. The body is slender yet persistent, leading into a long, focused finish.
