This Rivesaltes from Mas Desirée is a traditional fortified wine from Roussillon that has matured for many years in cask. On the palate the wine is dense and silky, combining generous natural sweetness with a gently warming alcohol. Flavours of fig, date, candied citrus and almond linger impressively on the finish.
