Moric Blaufränkisch Burgenland is the estate’s characterful entry‑level wine, sourced from several sites around Neckenmarkt and Lutzmannsburg. It shows a bright ruby‑garnet colour in the glass. The bouquet offers plums, blackberries and cherries, joined by hints of violets, dried herbs, tobacco and a subtle smoky note. On the palate it is medium‑bodied, cool and linear, driven by vibrant acidity and fine, grippy tannins. Juicy dark fruit is wrapped in savoury spice and earthy, stony nuances.
