Rutini Single Vineyard Cabernet Franc is sourced from high-altitude plots in Gualtallary in the Uco Valley. This single-site wine is aged in French oak to underline its depth and structure. The bouquet reveals blackcurrant, dark cherry and herbs alongside notes of black pepper, tobacco and dark chocolate. On the palate it is powerful, dense and very precise, with fine-grained, firm tannins. Fresh mountain acidity provides tension and points to excellent ageing potential. A long, spicy finish crowns this distinctive single-vineyard Cabernet Franc, making it a superb match for grilled beef and game dishes.
