| Sauvion Rosé d Anjou demi-sec Chemins des Sables shows the playful, fruit-driven character of the Loire. The blend of classic local grapes grows on clay and schist soils that lend freshness and texture. In the glass it displays a delicate, medium pink hue. The bouquet is expressive and elegant, with red berries, floral notes and hints of pomegranate. On the palate the rosé is smooth, juicy and harmonious, combining gentle sweetness with well-balanced acidity. The finish is fresh and scented with flowers and red fruit, making it highly moreish. Serve lightly chilled as an aperitif or alongside fruit tarts and light desserts. | |
