Trénel Beaujolais Nouveau 2026 0,75l

Made from Gamay grown around Villefranche and Bois d'Oingt in the southern Pierres Dorées, this youthful Beaujolais is all about vivid fruit. Clay-rich, calcareous soils lend it a rounded, generous profile. A brief whole-bunch maceration at controlled temperature helps retain freshness and aromatic lift. Blueberry, cherry and raspberry preserve lead the nose, joined by subtle hints of anise and woodland mushroom. The palate is supple, bright and light on its feet, finishing with persistent fruit. Serve lightly chilled with ham, roast chicken or mild cheese. It is an inviting first taste of the new Beaujolais season and a lively bottle to discover at Vinofant.
