Xibal Guatemala Gin is a premium gin from Guatemala, crafted in small batches in a traditional copper pot still. A base of juniper is lifted by botanicals with Mesoamerican roots such as bay leaf, lemon, black pepper, orange, St John’s wort and cardamom. On the nose it offers classic juniper wrapped in bright citrus, herbal tones and a spicy, peppery edge. On the palate the gin is complex, dry and aromatic, showing well‑judged heat, herbal spice and persistent citrus freshness. Its exotic flavour profile forms a bridge between Mayan tradition and contemporary cocktail culture.
