Botran Infinito is an exceptional Guatemalan rum and a tribute to the heritage of Casa Botran. Botran rums age in the highlands of Quetzaltenango, where the cool climate slows their development. It is crafted from sugarcane honey and shaped through dynamic ageing in eight cask types. These include American whiskey barrels as well as sherry, port, Amarone, Sauternes, Ribera del Duero and Marsala casks. Aromas and flavours suggest maple syrup, dark chocolate, cherries, raisins, cinnamon, dates, citrus and toasted oak. Enjoyed neat, it reveals a soft, deep and long-lasting complexity.
