The Wiener Gemischter Satz DAC from Weingut Christ is sourced exclusively from Bisamberg vineyards on the left bank of the Danube. Traditional varieties such as Grüner Veltliner, riesling and burgundian grapes are planted together, harvested by hand and fermented in one lot, so that nature defines the final blend. The bouquet offers lemon, ripe apple and stone fruit alongside white blossom and a gentle peppery note. On the palate the wine is dry, linear and brisk, with clean fruit, crisp acidity and cool, stony minerality. Its refreshing, food‑friendly style makes this classic Viennese field blend a perfect match for Heuriger favourites, light fish and vegetable dishes and modern Asian‑influenced cuisine.
