Weingut Elsnegg Morillon Arte Styria dac 2024 0,75l

Morillon Arte Styria from Elsnegg is a regional South Styrian Chardonnay that focuses on purity and drinkability. Grapes from several Gamlitz vineyards are fermented in stainless steel to retain freshness. The nose shows crisp apple and pear, lemon and mandarin peel, alongside subtle meadow herbs. On the palate the wine is dry, clean and refreshing, with lively acidity, medium body and a discreet salty-mineral finish. This straightforward, unoaked style makes it a highly versatile partner for fried chicken, light fish dishes, pasta, salads and casual drinking with friends. Its easy-going character makes it an ideal introduction to the South Styrian Chardonnay style.

Stainless steel ageing keeps the Arte Styria fruit clear and supports a harmonious, approachable style.

Vineyard work is exacting: canopy management, low yields and hand harvesting aimed at keeping site character intact....
