Cuvee Impresario from Weingut Kerschbaum is a powerful blend from Mittelburgenland, based on Blaufrankisch, Zweigelt, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. The bouquet shows dark berries, sour cherry, plum, fine oak, nougat and herbal spice. On the palate the wine is dense, concentrated and still elegant, with firm structure, ripe tannins and well integrated barrique. The fruit stays vivid while notes of pepper, tobacco and dark chocolate add complexity. The texture is full but never heavy. A characterful red to pair with beef, lamb, game and rich pasta dishes. It is a cuvee that rewards both patient cellaring and generous carafing at the table.

Ageing in new oak barrels gives Cuvée Impresario savoury depth and beautifully integrated oak maturity.
