Sauvion Crémant de Loire Méthode Traditionelle Rosé 0,75l
Sauvion Crémant de Loire Rosé is made mainly from Cabernet Franc and Grolleau grown on limestone-rich soils in the Loire Valley. Following traditional bottle fermentation and extended lees ageing, it shows a vibrant raspberry hue and a fine, persistent stream of bubbles. The bouquet is packed with red-berry aromas, especially raspberry and strawberry, lifted by a touch of citrus zest. On the palate the Crémant is balanced, lively and fruit-driven, with gentle spice and good length. Fresh acidity keeps it crisp and moreish. A charming sparkling rosé for aperitif hour, tapas, poultry dishes or berry-based desserts.
Traditional bottle fermentation with lees ageing brings fine bubbles and a fruit-driven, fresh, elegant style.
