M. Chapoutier Belleruche Côtes du Rhône Blanc is a fragrant white Rhône blend including varieties such as grenache blanc, roussanne, clairette, bourboulenc and viognier. Grapes from different stony and limestone sites in the southern Rhône create a balance of freshness and generosity. The nose offers apricot, citrus, fennel and white flowers with hints of exotic fruit. On the palate the wine is dry, medium‑bodied and harmonious, with juicy acidity and a rounded, mouth‑filling texture. Subtle aniseed notes on the finish make it ideal with grilled fish, Mediterranean starters, light poultry dishes and summer salads.
