Grapes are harvested by hand, fermented in temperature-controlled tanks and aged in French oak barrels. The style combines Merlot’s supple richness with classic Médoc structure. The bouquet shows blackcurrant, plum and floral notes with a touch of menthol and discreet oak. On the palate Château Malmaison is juicy and medium-bodied, with polished tannins, fresh acidity and an elegant, fruit-driven finish. | |
